We get involved and will assist at Initiate phase to ensure that we understand the scope and nature of the project or problem at hand.
Plan
We help with Planning so as to ensure that realistic time lines are catered for in the wider project plan.
Execute & Implement
We are involved in the Execution and Implementation of the solution, from writing detailed Business Requirements or User Stories, to cater for Agile projects, to Test Plans. We are involved in the User Acceptance Testing and training to ensure that the operational handover is efficient.
Monitoring & Control
We ensure that Change Management is involved from the start, to ensure that the People aspect is taken care of. We strive for excellent operational handover and to ensure that processes and systems continue to work as they should.
